Four common law Sheriffs who were assaulted by Vatican officers acting under the orders of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, have filed a criminal lawsuit in European courts that names Bergoglio and eleven other officials as participants in a “monstrous criminal conspiracy”.
The claim was filed on July 11 in the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels and in the civil court of an undisclosed European nation. Subpoenas were issued the same day to Pope Francis and eleven other men, all of whom are named as defendants in the lawsuit and as active members and participants in “a centuries-old Catholic child sacrificial cult known as the Ninth Circle”.
The defendants are also named as co-conspirators in the disappearance of eight children from Catholic facilities in Switzerland, Belgium and Italy.
Besides Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the named defendants in the lawsuit are:
– Elio di Rupo, former Prime Minister of Belgium
– Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State
– Cardinal Sean Brady, former head Catholic prelate of Ireland

– Kees van Korlaar, Criminal underworld member of “Ndrangheta”, Belgian businessman, member of the Cercle Lorraine
– Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Catholic Prelate of Dublin diocese
– Bishop Charles Morerod, Catholic Prelate of Geneva
– Rev. Dr. Olav Fykse Tveit, General Secretary, World Council of Churches
– Bishop Mark MacDonald, Prelate, Anglican Church in Canada and North American Executive Officer of the World Council of Churches
These twelve subpoenaed defendants have thirty days to respond to the Summons and appear in person or through their lawyers in Court Examination for Discovery proceedings.
In related news, a secret conclave of the Vatican Curia, or College of Cardinals, continues to debate who will replace Jorge Bergoglio as the Bishop of Rome. According to a source in the Vatican, the conclave has been in session since July 5 and is deadlocked in their choice of a successor to the controversy-plagued Bergoglio.
According to the source, “Either (former Pope Benedict) Joseph Ratzinger will be given the Papal crown again or more likely, an African Cardinal will be chosen, probably Arinze of Nigeria or Napier of South Africa. What is certain is that Bergoglio is finished. It’s just a matter of time.”

Four common law peace officers who were assaulted and beaten by Vatican security forces on June 21 are suing “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio, in a European court of law. The four men had attempted to enforce a lawful arrest warrant on Bergoglio when they suffered an unprovoked attack by Vatican police who were acting under the direct orders and “command responsibility” of Bergoglio.
The four plaintiffs filed a Statement of Claim today that names Jorge Bergoglio as well as five prominent Europeans as parties to “an aggravated assault with murderous intent designed to obstruct justice and aid and abet a criminal conspiracy involving child torture and sacrifice, known as the Ninth Circle”.
The plaintiffs’ Claim was also filed with the Criminal Trial Division of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels, which in February 2013 successfully convicted and deposed Pope Benedict and three top Vatican officials for Crimes against Humanity.
“Pope Francis” and the other defendants will be duly served a Summons this week to appear in court and answer these charges, including their knowledge of and involvement in the Ninth Circle coven and the disappearance of eight children from Catholic church facilities in Switzerland and Italy.
In Rome today, a source in the Vatican stated that a special conclave of the Curia, the governing College of Cardinals, has been convened to discuss whether to ask for the immediate resignation of “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio.
According to the source, the Cardinals are concerned about Bergoglio’s upcoming visit to Ireland where local common law Sheriffs plan to detain him under the same standing arrest warrant that the assaulted peace officers in Geneva tried to enforce. To quote the source,
“If they’re going to get rid of Il Papa (Bergoglio) it will be before August 25, when he is scheduled to lead a public mass in Dublin. There’s a feeling of dread among the Cardinals, that there is too much attention on Il Papa and his associations, like there was on Benedict. The Cardinals are protecting their cult and their money.”

Dublin: For the first time in history, a Grand Jury has been convened in Ireland to investigate charges that top church, corporate and government officials are colluding in child trafficking and murder, and in the targeting and killing of political activists.
Established under the Law of Nations by international jurists and Irish citizens, the Grand Jury, known as Onoir (“Honor” in Gaelic), has commenced its criminal investigations by issuing a Public Notice. That Notice reads in part,
The People of Ireland do hereby convene a Citizen Grand Jury to investigate the following matters:
– the targeting, terrorizing and death of political activists in Ireland,
– the institutionalized trafficking of children for profit, as well as the kidnapping, brutalizing and murder of children, by the Irish government, the Roman Catholic Church and the corporation known as TUSLA, and
– the widespread corruption of the Irish judiciary and Gardai police, and their involvement in the aforementioned campaign of terror and child trafficking

CHURCH, STATE AND CORPORATE TERROR IN IRELAND
LET IT BE KNOWN that the People of the Republic of Ireland, their children and their liberties are facing unprecedented attacks from the Irish state and its courts, from corporations, and from the Roman Catholic church. All attempts to stop these attacks and win redress within the system have been repeatedly and unlawfully subverted by these powers, which are operating outside the law, accountability and due process.
ACCORDINGLY, under the Common Law and the Law of Nations, it is the right and duty of the People to seek their own means to secure their lives and liberties by investigating and making public these attacks and other crimes by the Irish state, the church and corporations, and to prosecute these institutions and their officers for subverting the rights of the People, so that these rights may be restored.
THEREFORE, under the authority of the Common Law, Natural Right and the Duty of Necessity, the People of Ireland do hereby convene a Citizen Grand Jury, to be known as Onoir (Honor), to investigate the following matters:

Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, has scheduled a meeting with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano for Saturday, February 23 to discuss securing immunity from prosecution from the Italian government, according to Italian media sources. Ratzinger’s meeting follows upon the delivery to the Vatican Secretary of State’s office on February 6 of a diplomatic note from an undisclosed European government. The note apparently stated the intention of this government to cooperate with a high court in issuing an arrest warrant against Ratzinger, who resigned from his pontificate less than a week later. – from an ITCCS Communique, 14 February, 2013

The old man still doesn’t dare to set foot outside the one hundred acres called Vatican City lest he face immediate arrest for his war crimes. But what put him in his gilded prison and what keeps him there is all but forgotten now. This is a reminder.
It had never happened before. On the eve of their conviction in a public tribunal for crimes against children, not only a serving pope but three other indicted Vatican officials resigned their offices, including the so-called “black pope”: respectively, Joseph Ratzinger, Tarcisio Bertone, Sean Brady and the Jesuit leader, Adolfo Pachon.
“When a smaller opponent has bested you, make your defeat appear like a victory, or a tactical maneuver rather than a retreat”. Thus did Nicolo Machiavelli advise popes and other monarchs in 16th century Italy, in his handbook for the powerful known as The Prince: counsel that the Vatican has taken seriously in the wake of the unprecedented resignations of its top church leaders. For ever since February of 2013, Rome has tried fervently to erase the memory and reason for its retreat before a common law verdict that declared that its top officials are convicted felons and the roman catholic church is a criminal organization.
Five years ago today, when the news broke that Pope Benedict, aka “Joe the Rat” Ratzinger, was no longer the Bishop of Rome, I received an early morning phone call from the National Post newspaper in Toronto. A remarkably obtuse young reporter asked me if it was true that a pending arrest warrant against Benedict that I had helped engineer had prompted his departure.
“Absolutely” I replied, grinning ear to ear. Anticipating his next query, I continued, “But go ask the Spanish government if you don’t believe me.”
I never heard from the reporter again, nor did the Post or any other corporate media ever run a story on the threatened arrest of Rat Boy that had sent him scurrying from his sinking papal perch. Instead, with marching-orders precision, the world press scooped up and parroted the Vatican’s make-believe account of a “sudden illness” behind Benedict’s resignation, and focused with iconic fervor on to the waiting-in-the-wings Jesuit spin doctor who was soon to be crowned “Pope Francis”.
The truth is that on February 1, our common law court that was adjudicating the case against Pope Benedict and others was notified by a Spanish official that, based on its examination of our evidence against Benedict, a high court in Madrid would issue an arrest warrant against him as early as February 15 if the pope set foot on Spanish soil. Even better, the court was also considering placing a lien on catholic church property to compensate Spain for any reparations issued to the thousands of its citizens tortured and trafficked as children by priests and nuns during the Vatican-friendly Franco dictatorship.
Well Jesus, Mary and Joseph! After Rome received a Spanish diplomatic note with that news on February 6, the shit did more than hit the fan. In a hilarious, Grade B gangster movie scenario, a gaggle of corpulent Cardinals, church bankers and assorted Cosa Nostra goombahs undoubtedly sat down with Rat Boy and told him with Italian ardor to remove his Bella Figura, and pronto, from the premises. In short, Take the fall, Joe, before we all lose our shirts and go under. And as a former Hitler Youth soldaten, Benedict knew the importance of following orders. The sorry old bastard stepped down five days later. And his fellow partners in crime who were also indicted by our court – Bertone, Brady and Pachon – all followed suit in the weeks that followed.
You know, it’s unfortunate that in the wake of David’s slaying of Goliath, the fleeing Philistine army and its chastened king didn’t have Vatican spin doctors working for them. For then their toppling regime could have been stabilized and the triumphant underdogs put back in their place with the official announcement that, far from being slayed by the wee shepherd’s single stone, Goliath had actually succumbed to an unfortunate illness. And besides, would continue the announcement, now is not the time for further conflict but rather, healing and reconciliation, as embodied by our new leader, our kinder and gentler Goliath! For such is the line of tyrants with their backs against the wall, whether millennia ago, or today.
Since that glorious moment five years ago when we witnessed a child killer fall from his throne, the impact of that collapse has spread tsunami-like over our world, despite all the “kinder and gentler” pretenses of a besieged Vatican. And as with all turning points in history, the greatest victory has been a subtle psychological one, a shift in how slaves and slave-masters see themselves. The illusion of unchallengeable power is gone now. By showing that the world’s mightiest autocrat can be deposed, and by demonstrating the way to do it, our common law court was like a single stone landed squarely in the giant’s face.
The victory of February 11, 2013 was a literal shot heard ’round the world that commenced a new phase in human history: the reclamation of the law and sovereign power by We the People, through our own courts and direct actions. But that recovering is still only potential. The point now is not simply to bury Caesar but to replace him: something easy to talk about but harder than imaginable to accomplish. And yet that journey has begun.
An aboriginal friend of mine summed up the situation shortly after Ratzinger’s fall:
“Jesus, Kev, that exorcism of yours really worked! I mean, you counted coup against the biggest asshole of them all. Now all them rich fuckers are shitting themselves! Trouble is, nobody’s gonna believe it.”
His final comment tempted me to reply with the words of another friend of mine, who upon being told by his mother that she couldn’t believe that their mutual friend had died of a drug overdose, replied, “You don’t have to believe it. But the corpse is still there.”
It’s time to bury the dead once and for all. Operation Atonement commences April 15 (see below). Let’s finish the job.

Children in nine cities will be ritually tortured and killed by the Vatican-led Ninth Circle sacrificial cult on April 30, the Satanic festival of Beltane or Walpurgis Night.
According to ITCCS sources, all of the top leaders of the Ninth Circle will officiate at the rituals, which will occur in Catholic churches or facilities in Rome, Montreal, Washington (DC), London, Paris, Brussels, Geneva, Frankfurt and Tara, Ireland.
“This is one of the biggest gatherings of the Ninth Circle in years” comments one of these sources. “We’ve been told that top political, business and church figures will be participating, including from Russia and China, areas not normally associated with the Circle. Something very big is afoot.”
In response to these impending crimes, the International Common Law Court has today invoked its Papal Nullification Order of April 20, 2014 that disestablished the Vatican and its authority. In May 2014, the same Nullification Order forced Jesuit leader Adolfo Pachon, the so-called “Black Pope” and a Ninth Circle adherent, to resign from his office. Other Ninth Circle members like Pope Benedict and Cardinals Tarcisio Bertone and Sean Brady also resigned during the same period. As the Vatican’s Ninth Circle cult prepares to slaughter more innocent children, We the People reaffirm the Common Law Court Order that declared that body and its church a legally and spiritually nullified criminal regime that is a threat to all of humanity.
On the eve of the third anniversary of the Court Order, and as we approach the 500thanniversary of the launching of the Protestant Reformation:
1. We the People call upon the people of the world to help us seize the killers and traffickers of children and arrest convicted church officers, priests and others guilty of these crimes;
2. We the People call upon all people of true faith to leave the murderous Church of Rome and re-covenant themselves into self-governing Congregations without head, mediator or priest save that of Christ alone; and
3. We the People declare as accomplices in evil and accessories to crime all of those churches and their leaders that are seeking unity and “reconciliation” with the convicted, genocidal Church of Rome.
We make this call for a renewed reclamation of the world from Roman tyranny to commence this Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, and culminating on Reformation Day, Tuesday, October 31, 2017. These coming six months will witness a new political and spiritual Reformation that abolishes the false Church of Rome, its mass murder of the innocent, and its idolatrous denial of the Supremacy of God.
Why Now?
During 2013 and 2014, the International Common Law Court of Justice made history when it convicted the Church of Rome and others of unspeakable crimes against children and humanity. The verdicts of this Court forced from their offices four top church leaders named in its indictment, including the so-called “white” and “black” popes, Joseph Ratzinger and Adolfo Pachon. By their resignations, these officials and their institution acknowledged the authority and just verdict of the Court.
This verdict was nothing less than a revolutionary overthrow of the Vatican’s false authority: an act unprecedented in history. It sent shock waves throughout the entire corporate and “catholic” world, especially since it was accompanied by a spiritual annullment of the ecclesiastical rule of the Church of Rome that released all of its priests and members from their oaths and allegiance to the papacy. A new covenant of free, congregational-based Christians was established under the Law of God to replace the Church of Rome and its offshoots, like the Church of England.
In other words, a new legal, spiritual and political jurisdiction was established under the universal Common Law that now governs all free people, over and above every statute, government and authority.
Not surprisingly, this revolutionary overturning of Roman authority has provoked a massive and desperate counter-attack by the Vatican that pretends to reassert its abolished sovereignty.
As in the year 1870, when the Italian patriot Garibaldi’s abolition of the papal states provoked the deposed Pope Pius IX to declare the Big Lie of “papal infallibility”, so now does a vanquished papacy seek to garb itself with a veneer of power and legitimacy it does not have. It is doing so through the usual Jesuit methods of deception and dissimulation, by seducing and drawing all Christians and even other religions into a single global church controlled by Rome.
In the manner of the papacy’s 16th century “counter Reformation” that established the Jesuits and sought alliances with governments to crush any non-Roman Christian faith, today’s Jesuit Pope Francis, the convicted felon Jorge Bergoglio, is forging a corporate Globalism to allow its murderous, child-killing regime to continue.
We the People will not allow this step backward. We will use all of the weapons of the world and the spirit to uphold a true witness against all of the murderous idolatries of Rome, whose fruits have been centuries of mass murder, apostasy and child killing.
We call upon all people to use the appended Common Law Order and Warrant issued by our Court and Sovereign Assemblies to shut down the Vatican and its Ninth Circle ritual killings, and to actively replace that false church with genuine Christ-centered Congregations.

TO BE PUBLICLY PROCLAIMED AND ENACTED
Let it Be Known and made effect by all men and women, persons and authorities that under the Supreme Law of God as embodied in the Common Law of Nature, as of this day, the institution and entity of the Church of Rome, its officers, clergy, adjunct and derivative bodies and corporate entirety, is now and forever abolished and disestablished as a corporate and a spiritual body. All people and powers formerly under its authority and owing it allegiance are now and forever emancipated from such obligatory servitude.
Having violated and waged unrelenting war on God and humanity through its history of crime, murder, apostasy, child sacrifice and idolatry, and thereby repudiated its requirement of duty to uphold the honor of Heaven and Earth and the life and dignity of mankind, the Church of Rome has nullified its basis for existence and brought upon itself the status of a renegade transnational criminal organization in the eyes of God and man, and under the laws of both heaven and earth.
The ultimate authority of God as expressed in De Jure common law courts of judgment and in congregations of just, truthful men and women does therefore nullify the existence of the Church of Rome, the alleged “Apostolic Succession”, and its so-called “Canon Law”. Therefore, as of this day, all such law, statutes, and all church offices and officials are declared to be forever abolished and possessing no effect or binding authority in heaven or on earth.
All Church of Rome officials and agents, commencing with Jorge Bergoglio, so-called Pontiff of the Church of Rome, every Cardinal of the Roman Curia, the heads of the Vatican Bank and Adolfo Pachon, chief “Superior” of the Jesuit Order, are hereby ordered to immediately stand down from and relinquish their offices. (Note: Pachon resigned from his office less than a month later).
The wealth, property and movable assets of the Church of Rome are hereby forfeited and declared to be under the common ownership of the People of the world, and may be peacefully seized and occupied by them.
Every member, employee and adherent of the Roman Catholic Church is hereby released from all of their vows, allegiance and obligations to the Church of Rome, and are freed to gather and worship in whatever congregational form that God and their conscience compels, separate from the disestablished Roman church.
The sheriffs and peace officers of lawful common law courts, assisted by the free people of the world, are henceforth authorized and encouraged to enact and enforce this Annulment and Emancipation Proclamation wherever possible, under the supreme and sovereign authority of God and the Law of Nations.
The people of God who have been lost and held in bondage within the spiritual captivity of the false church of Rome are now free to assemble in covenanted congregations which stand solely under the law of God and recognizing no other legitimate authority, for the establishment of God’s kingdom on earth.
Let the free people of the Earth and all true servants of God and Christ cleanse their lands of the Lie and the Murder formerly enthroned in Rome.
This Order is proclaimed and enacted as on this Resurrection Sunday by The International Common Law Court of Justice with the collaboration of the The Covenant of Free Congregational Christians (The Covenanters)
This Order is accompanied by a third and final exorcism and spiritual reclamation ceremony in Rome and throughout the world, on this Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014

Last Easter Sunday, in an action akin to Martin Luther’s posting of his Ninety Five Theses, a lone figure placed a Proclamation on the door of the oldest catholic church outside of Italy, and announced the end of an era and the birth of another. Like Luther, Kevin Annett is a renegade clergyman who is caught in a life and death struggle with the oldest corporation on our planet: the church of Rome. But unlike the defrocked monk, Annett represents a movement aiming to not reform that church, but abolish it entirely because of its “irredeemable criminal nature”.
And that abolition was announced this past Sunday.
The manifesto posted by Kevin Annett on the door of St. Martin’s catholic church is called the Maastricht Proclamation, and invokes both international law and the “law of heaven” to declare the legal and spiritual abolition of the Church of Rome. The Proclamation effectively nullifies the authority of the Roman Catholic church under the very laws and legitimacy by which the latter claims to operate.
But the repercussions of Reverend Annett’s action go far beyond Rome.
Interviewed today in Spain, where he is meeting with eyewitnesses to Vatican crimes, Annett comments,
“The modern Vatican is really the creation of Italian Fascism, whose Lateran Treaty in 1929 established the modern corporation called the Roman Catholic church: a de facto but legally fictitious and criminal body. In turn, that criminal syndicate helped spawn the horrors of the modern corporatist era, starting with Nazi Germany and leading to the present global New World Order. So by disestablishing the Church of Rome, we are also dismantling that corporatist Order and all of the tyrannical authorities in the world, whether they be corporations, governments, or private courts.
“In other words, the Maastricht Proclamation is really a call to arms to all people to re-establish lawful de jure society across our planet, under the supremacy of the divine law of equality and peace: what we know as the Common Law.”
What began in Rome on a bleak February day in 1929 ended last Easter Sunday, when the terms by which the Vatican operates as an overt criminal syndicate were lawfully negated under the terms of International Law. So while the church may continue to function as a de facto power, it does so as a rogue criminal body with no authority, and no right to its own property, wealth or laws.
What does this new step mean for the twenty year campaign by Kevin Annett to expose and stop the murder and trafficking of children?
“It’s a whole new ball game now” says Annett. “This isn’t about trying to hold a dying system accountable anymore, but about creating a whole new world through a new Covenant that creates a new jurisdiction for all free people.
“Once we put church and state on trial, we really declared war on the entire system. And like Napolean once said, whoever makes a revolution half way is just digging their own grave. So now we need not just our own peace officers to enforce our Common Law court verdicts; we need to mobilize humanity to take back our world and the law from the criminals who are destroying us and our children’s future. And to do that, we need to re-contract all our relationships.
“So in truth, there are no more lawful authorities anymore, and we owe none of them allegiance. We need to remake such authority from the ground up, from among ourselves. That’s why we call it the New Covenant. And that’s what we’ve begun, with the Maastricht Proclamation.”
This new Covenanting movement has two fronts, one legal, the other spiritual. Annett calls these fronts the “two arms of liberation”.
“Humanity is sick and dying, from the inside out, because we have forgotten our innate sovereignty and our bond with creation and the Creator. Nobody can mediate or create that bond for another, and justice is an empty shell without the personal capacity to be a just and virtuous man or woman. So the new Covenant recognizes itself as both a new law and a new spirit, one supporting and feeding the other.”
In the wake of the Maastricht Proclamation, this re-covenanting movement,The Covenanters, is working actively to establish both common law courts and self-governing communities on the land that have declared their independence from existing authorities. As the seed of a new world, the Covenanters are working now in nine countries alongside the International Common Law Court of Justice and its Tribunal sponsor, the ITCCS.

Crucial evidence from the ITCCS exposing child trafficking and Ninth Circle rituals in Canada was removed yesterday by youtube without explanation.
The postings consisted of first hand evidence shared in interviews with Kevin Annett, the North American Field Secretary of the ITCCS. The evidence included the names of prominent church, judicial and government members of the Ninth Circle in Canada, and of a west coast child trafficking and cult sacrificial group known as the Twelve Mile Club.
Besides the Harper government’s cabinet minister Denis Lebel and Cardinal Gerald Lacroix of Quebec, these names included former BC Provincial Court Chief Justice Hugh Stansfield, Justice William Esson and Terrance Warren of the British Columbia Supreme Court, United Church clergyman and present Moderator of that church, Gary Paterson, and national United Church officials Brian Thorpe and Jon Jessiman.
”Obviously we’re on the right track“ said Kevin Annett today. ”Someone needed to have that information buried quickly. It’s the first time in years one of our youtube postings has been removed. Just like with the resignation of Pope Benedict and Jesuit head Adolfo Pachon after we exposed their crimes, this kind of action is a definite admission of guilt by the child killers we’ve named.“

Staff Sergeant Kal Ghadban, head of the human trafficking unit of the Ottawa police and a possible supporter of the recent ITCCS “take down” of a Ninth Circle cult ritual in Montreal, died suddenly last Sunday at the Elgin street police station. Ottawa police are claiming he took his own life after suffering “serious injuries” following an “incident”, but have released no evidence of the circumstances around his death.Ghadban was a married man with three children, with no history of depression or mental illness. Our global network is advised that some of our key front line workers are facing new threats and attacks this week following our publicizing of the exclusive testimony of Anne Marie van Blijenburgh, regarding child sacrificial practices of European royalty and other elites. Two of our Belgian researchers were picked up and interrogated on September 11 by the police, and detained without charges for over a day. They were repeatedly asked by the police for information about the identity of our Tribunal officers and the movements of our North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett.
Kevin Annett himself is now under close protection after experiencing what appears to be an attempted assassination of him in Canada that occurred last Saturday, September 13. The car he was using had its brake lines cut and he narrowly avoided a major, lethal accident on a highway in British Columbia.
This attack confirms a report we received last month that an assassination order against Kevin has been issued by Ndrangheta, the criminal syndicate named in our postings that provides children for the Ninth Circle catholic sacrificial rituals.
Kevin and our Office regret the cancellation of his scheduled meetings with some of our common law and Republic chapters in Canada resulting from this recent attack. We assure all of our groups that Kevin will resume his meetings with all of you during the coming fortnight, as he will with the Irish, German, British and other chapters that are awaiting Kevin’s scheduled arrival in Europe in early October.
