Assaulted Sheriffs seek Summary Judgement against Pope Francis in European Courts – New arrest attempts to be made during August

Brussels:
The four common law Sheriffs who are suing Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, and eleven other defendants are now seeking a Summary Judgement against them, allowing for their immediate conviction. The Sheriffs made the application today in European courts after none of the defendants responded to a lawful Summons or disputed the charges made against them, namely, that they are practicing members of the murderous Ninth Circle child sacrificial cult and bear command responsibility for its crimes.
If the courts grant the Summary Judgement, Bergoglio and the other defendants could face arrest as early as August 11.
In Rome, the College of Cardinals remains deadlocked in its efforts to find a replacement to Bergoglio on the verge of new attempts to enforce the standing arrest warrant against him dating from July, 2014. The ITCCS announced today that its Sheriffs’ Department will be working with police forces in Ireland and other European nations to detain Bergoglio as a convicted war criminal, including at the “papal mass” scheduled for Phoenix Park in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday, August 26.
In related news, new ITCCS field offices are opening in seven countries during August to escalate the campaign to stop Vatican crimes against children. The European field offices will be located in Dublin, London, Paris, Barcelona and Milan. The North American field offices will be in New York City and Ottawa. Trained common law Sheriffs attached to these offices will make arrests against known child trafficking officials and priests of the Church of Rome and will disrupt Ninth Circle gatherings.

Imprisoned Common Law Sheriffs released after legal intervention; Charges to be brought against Vatican employees and Pope Francis ; Vatican places media blackout on Geneva events

The four common law Sheriffs who were assaulted and detained by Vatican employees acting under the direction of “Pope Francis”, Jorge Bergoglio, have been released from a Geneva municipal prison after negotiations concluded between their lawyers and Swiss authorities. The four men were flown by private jet to an undisclosed location for debriefing.
Two of the released Sheriffs have declared their intention to bring a lawsuit against the Vatican security personnel who assaulted them while they were lawfully serving a common law arrest warrant on their employer, Jorge Bergoglio, who will also be named as a defendant in the lawsuit.
In Rome, the Vatican has imposed a worldwide media blackout on the events in Geneva on June 21, including the disruption of Bergoglio’s planned address to World Council of Church delegates, his attempted arrest by the Common Law Sheriffs, and the cancellation of the Ninth Circle sacrificial ceremony at which Bergoglio was to preside at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Geneva at midnight.
A source at the Vatican stated today that the para-military forces assigned to protect the Ninth Circle participants have not been re-deployed to another location, indicating that the Circle has delayed its scheduling of its next coven. To quote the source, “Everyone here is in a state of confusion and panic. There’s even talk of cancelling any future papal appearances.”
“Pope Francis” is slated to appear at public gatherings in Dublin between August 24-26, where further disruptions and common law arrests are being planned against Bergoglio as a convicted war criminal.

Common Law Sheriffs armed with a standing arrest warrant confronted and temporarily restrained Pope Francis on Thursday as he approached the Ecumenical Center where he was scheduled to address delegates to the World Council of Churches (WCC).
After a brief scuffle between the arresting Sheriffs and Vatican security, the Pope was released and rushed into a waiting vehicle. Two of the Sheriffs were heavily beaten and detained by the Vatican agents and then arrested by Geneva police along with two other people.
A complete on-the-ground description of the incident follows this Communique.
In the wake of the attempted arrest of Bergoglio, who was duly convicted for Crimes against Humanity in a Brussels common law court in the summer of 2014, the Vatican has released a cover story claiming that Bergoglio “suffered a fall” during the WCC conference and may be experiencing an undisclosed “health problem”. This fake story may be a preparatory move prior to Bergoglio’s removal as Pope.
According to a source in the Vatican and confirmed by others in Geneva, as a result of this confrontation, the clandestine ceremony of the Catholic Ninth Circle coven that was scheduled for that evening was cancelled due to “security concerns”. The same Vatican source confirms that Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, was to be present at the Ninth Circle cult ceremony along with top WCC officials and Swiss political leaders.
The Ninth Circle ceremonies normally involve the ritual rape and murder of at least one young child, according to eyewitnesses. Jorge Bergoglio’s unprecedented appearance in Geneva this week was prompted by Switzerland’s so-called “Sovereign Money Initiative” (SMI), a referendum to decide whether the country’s money supply would be controlled by a single national bank, restricting the power of private banks to extend credit and lend money. The Vatican Bank has considerable assets tied into the Swiss banking system and stood to lose if the SMI was approved.
Unconfirmed reports state that prior to his WCC appearance, Bergoglio met privately with Swiss political leaders and financiers to help block the SMI from passing or from being implemented. Some of these leaders were scheduled to be present at the Ninth Circle ceremony on June 21, according to the Vatican source.
Further updates about these events, the fate of the detained Common Law Sheriffs, and footage of the attempted arrest will be forthcoming, once every effort is made to secure the release of the imprisoned men.

Report of Combined Action Units (Teams A and B) on the events of 21 June, World Council of Churches (WCC) Ecumenical Center, Geneva

As arranged according to our original tactical plan, both Teams A and B deployed before the WCC event at which the subject BERGOGLIO(aka ‘pope francis’) was to speak. Team A acted in an open diversionary capacity and Team B was placed in concealment, so as to make the formal arrest of the subject.
BERGOGLIO’s location was positively identified by our inside source as being immediately adjacent to the WCC Pavilion some fifty yards from the site. Upon receipt of the source’s signal that the subject BERGOGLIO had begun to move towards the Pavilion, Team A members deployed at the front and rear entrances to the WCC pavilion along the designated approach route of subject BERGOGLIO. In that position they were quickly confronted by Vatican undercover operatives assisted by Geneva regular police. A scuffle broke out and two of the A Team were physically restrained by the Geneva police. The remaining team members then drew the security forces away from BERGOGLIO’s approach route to allow the concealed Team B members to make the arrest of the subject just outside the Pavilion.
As subject BERGOGLIO approached the WCC Pavilion with his retinue and personal bodyguards, two Team B members performed a secondary diversion, drawing away the bodyguards. The four remaining Team B members then moved on the subject. Contact was made and the ICLCJ arrest warrant was read aloud to subject BERGOGLIO, who appeared shocked and immobilized. Two Team B members then quickly placed the subject in restraint and attempted to escort him to the prearranged secure location. None of the remaining Vatican retinue intervened to protect BERGOGLIO, appearing confused and uncertain.
Within thirty seconds, however, additional Vatican security personnel who had not been anticipated or reported by the source appeared on the scene. These personnel immediately assaulted the two Team B members restraining BERGOGLIO. Another scuffle broke out.The other four Team B members then withdrew according to tactical protocol while the two assaulted operatives were held at gunpoint by the Vatican security personnel after receiving a severe beating. BERGOGLIO was released and immediately rushed towards a waiting vehicle.
In total two Team A members and two Team B members were placed under arrest by the Geneva police. These four operatives are still being held incommunicado and we assume are being interrogated. We have learned from our source that Vatican security and an official of the “Holy Alliance” are present at these interrogations, which raises a strong concern about a genuine risk to the team members’ lives. We therefore recommend immediate intervention to secure the Team members’ release, especially considering the injured condition of the two Team B members who were beaten by Vatican security personnel.
Despite the failure of the arrest of BERGOGLIO, we have learned from our source that the planned NINTH CIRCLE sacrificial ritual scheduled for midnight 21 June at Basilica Notre Dame on rue Argand has been cancelled because of “security concerns”. BERGOGLIO’s planned participation at this ritual was also confirmed by the source. Our intervention can therefore be regarded as a success in terms of stopping the ritual. Follow up information to confirm the cancellation is forthcoming.

Dear Bishops,
The recent crisis that has struck your church – including your apparent offer to resign from your offices at the instigation of Jorge Bergoglio, the Bishop of Rome – is an opportunity for each of you to do what is right and required under the Laws of God and of Man. You must begin by standing down from your association with the criminally convicted Vatican corporation and its policy of Crimen Sollicitationas that requires that you aid and conceal child rape and trafficking within your church.
Jorge Bergoglio is attempting to place the blame and responsibility for these crimes upon you as Bishops, when in fact as “Pope Francis”, the head officer of the Church of Rome, Bergoglio is himself morally responsible and legally liable for all of the violence done to children in your church and its institutionalized concealment. As a “pontifical secret”, to quote the Crimen policy, this violence is expected to be covered up by every church official, including yourselves. How then can the Pope publicly accuse you of “negligence” in protecting children when your vow of obedience to him and to canon law requires that you aid and abet violence against children?
It is not necessary for any of you to be part of this enormous deception. In truth, the Pope has no authority to order you to collude in the global criminal conspiracy embodied in the Crimen policy, and thereby risk your own arrest and imprisonment as accessories to child rape and trafficking. For under a common law court verdict and Order promulgated on Easter of 2014, all officials and clergy of the Church of Rome anywhere in the world were freed from their vows and fiduciary obligations to the Pope and the Vatican. That Order states that as a convicted transnational criminal body, the Vatican is in fact disestablished, and that a higher international and moral law supersedes the church statutes called canon law. This fact frees all of you to act according to your conscience and the law rather than to the criminally convicted regime in the Vatican.
We have included a copy of this court verdict and Order, which is also being disseminated to the clergy of your respective Dioceses.
Please be aware that this notification to you constitutes more than a reminder or a moral appeal. It carries thr weight of international law. If you continue to associate with the policies and actions of the Vatican and the Pope that conceal and camoflouge criminality in your church and violence against children, you can and will face arrest and conviction in common law courts convened under universal jurisdiction. During 2013 and 2014, such a court successfully convicted and forced from their offices Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, as well as the Jesuit leader Adolfo Pachon, Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Bertone and Irish Cardinal Sean Brady.
Accordingly, this will place all of you on notice that as the Catholic Bishops of Chile, you have thirty days as of this date, May 25, 2018, to publicly dissassociate yourselves from the Vatican and its policy of Crimen Sollicitationas, including by withholding all obligations and funds owed by you to the Pope and the Vatican. If you fail to do so you can and will be considered accessories to a criminally convicted body and may face arrest and public trial.

MADE UNDER THE LAW OF GOD AND MAN
Invoking the Legal and Spiritual Disestablishment of the Church of Rome and its adjunct bodies, the Vatican and the “Holy See”
AND
Issued as a Binding De Jure Annulment and Emancipation Order by The International Common Law Court of Justice and The Covenant of Free Congregational Christians on Easter Sunday the 20th Day of April in the year 2014
TO BE PUBLICLY PROCLAIMED AND ENACTED
Let it Be Known and made effect by all men and women, persons and authorities that under the Supreme Law of God as embodied in the Common Law of Nature and Natural Right, as of this day, the institution and entity of the Church of Rome, its officers, clergy, adjunct and derivative bodies and corporate entirety, is now and forever abolished and disestablished as a corporate and a spiritual body. All people and powers formerly under its authority and influence and owing it allegiance are now and forever emancipated and freed from such obligatory servitude.
Having violated and waged unrelenting war on God and humanity through its history of crime, murder, apostasy, child sacrifice and idolatry, and thereby repudiated its covenanted requirement of duty to uphold the honor of Heaven and Earth, and the life and dignity of mankind, the Church of Rome has nullified its basis for existence and brought upon itself the status of a renegade transnational criminal organization in the eyes of God and man, and under the laws of both heaven and earth.
The ultimate authority of God as expressed in De Jure common law courts of judgment and in congregations of just, truthful men and women does therefore nullify the existence of the Church of Rome, the alleged “Apostolic Succession”, and its so-called “Canon Law”.
Therefore, as of this day, all such law, statutes, and all church offices and officials are declared to be forever abolished and possessing no effect or binding authority in heaven or on earth.
All Church of Rome officials and agents, commencing with Jorge Bergoglio, so-called Pontiff of the Church of Rome, every Cardinal of the Roman Curia, the heads of the Vatican Bank and Adolfo Pachon, chief “Superior” of the Jesuit Order, are hereby ordered to immediately stand down from and relinquish their offices.
The wealth, property and movable assets of the Church of Rome are hereby forfeited and declared to be under the common ownership of the People of the world, and may be peacefully seized and occupied by them.
Every member, employee and adherent of the Roman Catholic Church is hereby released from all of their vows, allegiance and obligations to the Church of Rome, and are freed to gather and worship in whatever congregational form that God and their conscience compels, separate from the disestablished Roman church.
The sheriffs and peace officers of lawful common law courts, assisted by the free people of the world, are henceforth authorized and encouraged to enact and enforce this Annulment and Emancipation Proclamation wherever possible, under the supreme and sovereign authority of God and the Law of Nations.
The people of God who have been lost and held in bondage within the spiritual captivity of the false church of Rome are now free to assemble in covenanted congregations which stand solely under the law of God and recognizing no other legitimate authority, for the establishment of God’s kingdom on earth.
The long night of spiritual tyranny and Vatican crime is over. Let the free people of the Earth and all true servants of God and Christ cleanse their lands of the Lie and the Murder formerly enthroned in Rome.

Not In Our Name: A Declaration of Concerned Protestant and Catholic Clergy and Laity, with a Ten Point Program to Bring the Church to Justice and Protect the Innocent

We are a group of clergy and former clergy of both Protestant and Catholic faiths who are united in our fundamental rejection of the genocidal legacy of Christendom, which is an empire of conquest and violence arising from the fusion of church and state under the later Roman emperors.
Christendom operates today through wealthy, state-protected church organizations which are legal corporations answerable neither to God nor to their own congregations of believers.
Christendom is a heresy and a denial of the supremacy of Christ and his sacrifice. For we owe our allegiance to God, not to church bodies deriving their power and legitimacy from state and temporal powers, and worldly wealth.
As Christ is manifest in every man and woman, since the kingdom of heaven is within us, and his kingdom is not of this world, then any church claiming to represent him is fraudulently denying Christ as Lord, and the ultimate sanctity of the human person.
We are compelled to make this declaration now because of the reign of lies and violence that predominates in the church, and of the history of brutality, genocide and destruction enacted over millennia by both Catholic and Protestant churches on non-Christians and the innocent.
This slaughter began over fifteen centuries ago, at the beginning of Christendom, and continues today.
The killing of millions of women and dissident Christians under Inquisitions, the Crusading ethic of Indulgence – which promised spiritual cleansing to anyone who killed Jews, Muslims and other “enemies of the faith” – and the eventual genocide of untold millions of indigenous nations around the world: all of this arose from the Church’s belief that it has the power to kill and conquer in the name of the non-violent Jesus.
The Vatican is responsible for the greatest slaughter of humanity in history because of two papal bulls (Romanus Pontifex, 1455, and Inter Catera, 1493) – proclaimed and still operative under so-called Canon Law – that sanctioned and encouraged the destruction and enslavement of all non-Christian peoples: the majority of humanity. The wealth of the Vatican today rests upon the stolen and unreturned lands of many of those nations.
Is it surprising, then, that for just as long, the Church has sanctioned the torture, abuse and even murder of innocent children in its orphanages, sweatshops, and “residential schools” around the world? Are we surprised that such a violent organization places its own material survival ahead of justice for the innocents it has wronged? Or, that under the canon law known as Crimen Solicitationas, every priest is expected to hide the evidence of the rape of children and allow this abomination to go unpunished, or face expulsion from the church?
We are aware that Protestant churches as well are guilty of these crimes, and regularly shelter rapists and other criminals in their ranks. The example may be set by Rome, but it is actively copied by others.
These facts are irrefutable, and yet Christians continue to give their attendance, money and allegiance to the church corporations with such blood on their hands and lies on their lips.
All of these crimes against God and humanity have been done in our name. We have, by commission and omission, given our support to the anti-Christ in our midst and allowed ourselves to be used to commit the worst of all sins: violence against the sacred holy spirit of God and the innocent.
For this reason, and to cleanse ourselves of this enormous apostasy and wrong, we are issuing the following Ten Point Program. We believe that these measures are required for the church to be brought under public control so that it no longer operates as a secret, criminal body preying on the innocent.
1. The Church must issue full reparations to all of its victims according to their wishes and needs. The Church must pay for all of the costs incurred by their damage to these victims, including all medical, counseling and retraining costs, and all loss of income caused by their disability or grief and suffering.
2. The Church must return all land and property taken from its victims, and restore and return all of the wealth generated by their exploitation of their victims to them, including the wealth gained through forced, unpaid or low paid labor.
3. The Church must surrender for a proper burial, unconditionally and at its own expense, the remains of all those who died in their institutions or under their care.
4. The Church must surrender to secular authorities without conditions all the evidence, and all the perpetrators and their accessories, connected to such deaths and to any other crimes against children and others under church care. The Church must participate unconditionally in any legal or human rights inquiries into their crimes and freely disclose their records to such investigations.
5. Those responsible for crimes against children and others in church facilities, including the Pope, must be arrested and tried in civil or international courts of law, and cannot be shielded from prosecution by any form of immunity or by so-called “canon law”.
6. All clergy and church employees must be licensed and monitored as public servants, and be legally compelled to swear a public, binding oath to protect the rights and sanctity of children, and disclose any harm done to them, if need be against the orders of the Church itself.
7. All tax exemptions, immunities, legal safeguards and special privileges enjoyed by the Church must be abolished.
8. Diplomatic recognition of the Vatican and its status as a so-called “state” must be annulled.
9. All special concordats and financial agreements with the Vatican must be annulled, and all public funds and taxes given to the Vatican must be returned to their respective governments.
10. The wealth and property of all church bodies larger than a single congregation must be nationalized and placed under public ownership, so that the Church may function as a servant of the community.
We, the founding clergy of the Protestant and Roman Catholic faiths united in our group Not in Our Name, do solemnly pledge ourselves to this program and allegiance, and call upon all Christians and clergy to do the same.
Henceforth, and until this Program is enacted and the Church is disestablished as a corporate, self-governing, criminal body, we will conduct ourselves and our pastoral duties separate from and in opposition to corporate Christendom and its existing churches.

I can’t say I was that surprised when this latest boot of censorship descended. After all, Canadian universities don’t like their students thinking too much about “forbidden” subjects, like homegrown genocide. For once again, college administrators in this country have displayed their moral and intellectual turpitude by censoring a story that exposed dirty laundry too close to home: specifically, concerning the half-century of medical atrocities that went on right next door to their campus, at the hands of the Canadian military and the United Church of Canada.
The scene of this latest fiasco, and crime, is Vancouver Island University (VIU) in Nanaimo, B.C. The banned article in question, written by yours truly, concerns the infamous Nanaimo Indian Hospital, where generations of Indian children were sterilized, tortured, starved, drugged, and used as involuntary test subjects by army and church doctors, according to eyewitnesses and hard evidence quoted in the article.
Early in December of 2017, my submission about the hospital was published by the VIU student newspaper The Navigator with the full blessings of its editors. But barely a day later, all of the copies of the “offending” issue of that paper were seized by VIU campus security acting for the administration. No reason was ever given for the seizure. But the standard Canadian fog of intimidation and secrecy has kept mouths closed and the censorship of the article hidden until just this past week, when people began to talk. Some of my Nanaimo associates are sweating outrage in the wake of this news. In truth, I love it when we can provoke the system like this, and watch as its veneer of civility and pseudo-academic freedom gets blown away by the hysterical, knee-jerk repression from the powers that pretend to be. For the VIU administrators have by their extreme reaction proven the truth of what’s in the censored report. If the article’s claims were not true, the offended parties would have countered with the real facts and I’d have received a legal writ demanding a public recanting and apology. But as usual, nothing like that has happened. Instead, there’s been no denial of the crimes and no counter-evidence presented – just a quick silencing of the whole issue.
In short, we’re witnessing once again the same familiar scenario of institutionalized cover up and censorship of crimes against humanity in Canada. The game plan never changes, for the parties that did the crime are still threatened by it, and must erase the evidence and those who speak of it. But fortunately, what also doesn’t change is the fallout created by such stupid repression. Some formerly-obtuse VIU folks have received a wake up call and can be expected to be radicalized by this latest boot. For as the veteran hell raiser Saul Alinsky observed,
“An oppressive system, properly goaded, can be your best ally. Its tyrannical over reaction, not your efforts alone, is what will politicize a new generation.”
Sure enough, a group of VIU students are already protesting this attack on freedom of speech to the campus bosses, including by staging rallies and distributing copies of the banned article to their fellow students. Ah, youth. Carry it on!

Who and What is buried next door to VIU? Genocide in our own Backyard

Look to the south of the VIU campus across Fifth street and you’ll see a tangle of foliage behind stern barbed wire fencing. For over half a century it was the site of the Nanaimo Indian Hospital (NIH), a prison-like experimental center run by the United Church and the Canadian military. Survivors claim and records confirm that hundreds of children died there from grisly medical experiments and other barbarities.
“They were all aboriginal kids, scooped off reserves or out of the residential schools” describes Joan Morris, a Songhees native woman from Victoria who was incarcerated at the NIH when she was barely five years old.
“The Indian Affairs doctor lied to my mother and said I had TB when I didn’t. They had me in that hospital until I was a teenager. They were always giving me shots and things to drink that made me sick. They’d do surgeries on me. They broke all the bones in my feet so I couldn’t run away. Later, I found out I couldn’t have children. They were sterilizing a lot of the girls in there.”
Joan first surfaced her story more than a dozen years ago at a series of public forums at VIU, known then as Malaspina College. At these forums Joan named the men who experimented on her, like the local Doctors Weinrib and Schmidt who were employed by the Canadian military during the 1960′s and ’70′s. Shortly after Joan gave her talks to handful-sized audiences at the college, the remaining buildings on the NIH grounds were bulldozed down by the City of Nanaimo and the area was padlocked.
“They were always warning us never to talk about what happened to us” describes Joan. “When the hospital closed some army officers came to our home and said we’d go to jail if we talked about it because it was all national security.”
The official censorship went further. In the spring of 1999, shortly after the media first reported the NIH allegations, the federal government “officially sealed” its archives on the NIH and other Indian hospitals across Canada. But separate records held at the UBC Koerner Library confirm that the NIH received major funding from both the Defense Research Board and the United Church of Canada to conduct “classified experimental research” on generations of aboriginal women and children.
“After they grabbed me my mother made a fuss so they put her in there with me too” Joan describes. “They did that to lots of Indian families all over the island. Lots of people were dying in there. Every morning they were taking little dead bodies out of the wards on those metal gurneys. My cousin Nancy Joe saw them bury those kids in the field behind us, up near the highway.”
Esther Morris, a distant relative of Joan, was also incarcerated at the NIH during the 1960′s. In 2007 she too went public.
“They kept me strapped into this weird device so I could never lie down or stand up, just held like that for months on end” says Esther. “I lost the use of my legs. An orderly said it was for space research. It was funny because some of the doctors couldn’t speak English and they needed a translator.”
The NIH was just the tip of a huge iceberg of state and church-sponsored crimes against humanity in Canada that span over a century and have never been prosecuted. Many of these atrocities are documented in the book Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada, Past and Present (2016), a compilation of over twenty years of independent research. Murder by Decree documents how the NIH experiments, including involuntary sterilizations, were performed routinely among west coast Indians by missionary and local doctors. Sarah Modeste of the Cowichan Nation was sterilized at the King’s Daughters clinic in Duncan, BC in the early 1950′s by Dr. James Goodbrand. As Sarah describes in Murder by Decree,
“Dr. Goodbrand said to me, ‘If you marry Freddy, I’ll have to do an operation on you because he’s not a Christian’. So later when Goodbrand delivered my first baby after that I was all bruised and hurting. Then I learned I’d been sterilized … Goodbrand told me he was being paid $300 by the government for every Indian woman he sterilized”.
Involuntary sterilizations and medical experiments have been illegal under international law since 1948, and are defined as crimes against humanity. Yet Canada and its churches not only did those crimes but have whitewashed them and absolved themselves of any liability. And not one person has ever been brought to trial in Canada for these wrongs, or for the death of children in these hospitals and residential schools, from where half of the little prisoners never returned.
While Joan Morris and the children who died at the NIH have never had their day in a Canadian court, they have it at an historic trial in Brussels during 2012 and 2013. Based in part on Joan’s testimony and those of dozens of others of survivors of the Canadian genocide, the International Common Law Court of Justice found Canada, its churches and the Crown of England and the Vatican guilty of crimes against humanity.

As a result of this verdict and under international law, Canadians are obligated not to pay their taxes to a convicted criminal regime like their own government – or to fund similarly sentenced bodies like the United Church – lest they be found guilty of colluding in their crimes.
Whatever happens, the atrocity remains. The lost children of the NIH are waiting to be found and brought home for a proper burial. And the VIU community has to ask itself how it can dwell alongside and remain oblivious to genocide in its own backyard: a crime that if not confronted can only continue.
Operation Atonement: Ending the Reign of Criminal Churches

Background Information
The growing global effort to halt the systemic abuse and trafficking of children was sparked by the ITCCS in February of 2013 when its Brussels-based common law court successfully tried and deposed Pope Benedict, and convicted Queen Elizabeth and others for complicity in Crimes against Humanity. Since then, similar courts have issued arrest warrants against the highest officials of the Catholic, Anglican and United Churches and their governmental and corporate partners in crime. It is now up to the people of all countries to take direct action to halt the massive child trafficking networks run by these churches because of the deep complicity of existing courts and governments with their crimes. As convicted criminal bodies, these churches have lost the right to legally operate under both international and moral law. It is We the People who must enforce this law and defend children everywhere from religious predators.
The ITCCS and its affiliates in nine countries are launching a new global effort to bring an end to the reign of these child-killing church corporations in the form of Operation Atonement. We have chosen April 15, 2018 as the commencement date for this open-ended, ongoing campaign, for on that day in the year 2005 survivors of the genocidal, church-run “Indian residential schools” in Canada launched the first Aboriginal Holocaust Remembrance Day. Building on this, we are commencing an even more universal Child Holocaust Day so that the global industry of profiting off and murdering children will be stop forever.
The Nature, Course and Strategy of Operation Atonement
For centuries, the state-incorporated churches – especially the Church of Rome and of England – have murdered, enslaved and waged unrelenting warfare against the world’s people, seized and stolen their lands and wealth, brutalized and trafficked their children and imposed a stifling mental and spiritual tyranny over most of humanity. They have done so as partners in Empire and as such are politically protected and legally shielded by all governments from the consequences of their continuing crimes. As a result, these tax-exempted religious corporations have become transnational criminal bodies that are deeply involved in organized crime, the global arms industry and drug and child trafficking. The Vatican is the most murderous and wealthiest criminal syndicate in history, and it kills and corrupts with impunity while feigning humanity and “divine authority”.
Because of this, we cannot stop these churches’ crimes against the innocent without striking at the heart of their power, which is threefold: their money, their legality, and their credibility. For despite their apparent authority, these religious bodies are extremely vulnerable to public exposure because of the depth of their wrongdoing. Our campaigns have proven this by our successful deposing of Pope Benedict, Jesuit leader Adolfo Pachon and three other top Vatican officials during 2013 and 2014.
Operation Atonement is designed to strike directly at all three of these weak points in the defenses of this deceptive enemy. It will do so publicly, lawfully, and by educating and mobilizing the people, both inside and outside of these churches. Our aim is a simple one: to disestablish these false and criminal institutions by making it impossible for them to operate. Our weapons are both material and spiritual, and we shall call upon divine providence and intervention to abolish these false churches.
Operation Atonement will proceed in three stages: Education, Direct Action and Disestablishment.
Stage One will begin on Sunday, April 15, 2018 with commemorative ceremonies outside and inside targeted churches, including spiritual exorcisms and prayer vigils. We will make a direct appeal to members of these churches to separate themselves from their evil through fasting, prayer and withholding all tithing. These public events will be followed for two weeks with a general public education campaign and the selective training of our cadres at teach-ins and workshops. The latter will be designed to arm our activists with an understanding of their enemy and train them for the upcoming battles.
Stage Two will begin on Monday, April 30, 2018 with direct actions aimed at the church institutions and their top officers and clergy, including those who stand convicted in ITCCS common law courts. The normal operations of the targeted churches will be disrupted according to the requirements of international law. Guilty individuals will be peacefully arrested and publicly banished from the community, or handed over to deputized police forces for imprisonment under the terms of their convictions. Church facilities will be peacefully occupied and their assets and properties seized to prevent their criminal usage, as required under international law. Stage Two will be open-ended and will continue as long as is necessary to forever halt the operations of these churches.
Stage Three will accompany Stage Two and will seek to achieve the permanent disestablishment of these church corporations. Stage Three will have three aspects: legal, financial and spiritual.
a) Legal: Public Common Law Courts and Citizen Tribunals will be convened to bring to trial anyone suspected or guilty of crimes against children and humanity. These Courts will issue and enforce warrants to arrest the guilty and seize their assets and properties. Public Tribunals will operate as permanent citizen-led investigative bodies to monitor criminal churches and their partners, and bring charges and legal actions against them.
b) Financial: A long-term campaign of economic sanctions and sabotage will be brought against these churches to de-fund them and seize their assets, as is required under international law governing criminal bodies. These sanctions will be extensive and will include reducing church tithing and collections; nullifying their charitable tax-exempt status and their right to operate under the law; targeting individual donors and bequests, as well as the insurance companies that underwrite these churches; and imposing financial liens and lawsuits on individual church officers as responsible parties to a serial crime. The general aim will be to prevent these criminal churches from financially operating.
c) Spiritual: Recognizing the demonic nature of the Vatican-led crimes against children and humanity, our efforts are also aimed at the spiritual forces that rule these false churches. Our first public exorcism of the power behind the Vatican in October, 2009 disrupted that power and began its demise. Through divine grace, we will continue to use weapons of the spirit to expose and expel the unseen forces that sustain church criminality and corruption. Our aim is to disestablish those forces and their puppet church bodies and officials, and help release Christians from their spiritual enslavement to institutionalized evil.
The strategy behind Operation Atonement is both material and spiritual, designed to publicly and psychologically destroy the legitimacy of these false churches and nullify their authority. At every moment our campaign will appeal to the hearts and minds of the church members and the public, including the police and state authorities. Standing on the moral high ground as we always have done, our basic appeal will be that just and honest people have no place in murderous and duplicitous corporations; and that true Christians have no need for religious hierarchies. But accompanying this “carrot” will be the hard legal hammer that their funding or participation in such legally convicted churches makes them an accomplice in their crimes, and subject to arrest. This two-fold approach cannot be countered by church leaders without them opening the Pandora’s Box of their crimes that they must hide from their “flock”: an impossible, no-win scenario for them.
Similarly, governments are continually exposed by their use of our tax money to subsidize these felonious bodies, and by the refusal of their courts to prosecute proven church child rapists and killers. Both church and state are inherently on the defensive over the entire issue of church crimes, and can therefore be manipulated and provoked into the responses we want by our own relatively small forces.Again, we have shown in practice how possible this is, once even a tiny group acts with courage and persistence, and establishes the field of battle.
Coordination and Preparation
The organizing for Operation Atonement has already begun. Orientation handbooks and other material will be available by January 15, 2018. The general Operation will be coordinated by the ITCCS Directorate through its three Field Secretaries, in North America, Europe and Australia. The latter will help you organize your own local action group and will keep you updated and supplied.
Preparing for Operation Atonement begins with your own committment to this sacred cause, of protecting children and stopping their killers. Many of you may find yourself on your own, or in the company of only one or two others who are willing to take this course of action. Don’t be disheartened; others will join you when you begin to act. We have found that even a handful of people armed with the truth can force the biggest criminal institution into an irrational panic. Press that point of weakness and your efforts will be rewarded.
