This Report is submitted by the Special Prosecutor’s Office for the public record and the cause of justice, and in memory of the legions of fallen children who continue to be destroyed by the Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia.
Preamble
The Office of the Special Prosecutor commenced its investigation of this case on Monday, June 2, 2025. The Prosecutor’s mandate is to gather the evidence necessary to issue indictments and commence the prosecution of persons and bodies corporate named herein, as well as others who will also be summoned.
This case involves the culpability of Robert Prevost, aka ‘Pope Leo XIV’, for planning and perpetrating crimes against humanity and a criminal conspiracy, trafficking, raping, torturing and murdering men, women, and children, facilitating the illicit drug trade, obstructing justice, and participating in the human sacrificial cult known as the Ninth Circle or ‘Nonus Perfidia’.
This case involves other individuals and bodies corporate that are culpable for these and other crimes, including but not restricted to the following:
Donald John Trump aka ‘President of the United States’
Charles Arthur Windsor aka ‘King Charles III’
Andrew Albert Windsor aka ‘Prince Andrew, Duke of York’
Timothy Michael Dolan aka ‘Cardinal Dolan of New York’
Pietro Parolin aka ‘Cardinal Parolin of the Roman Curia’
Bernard Marx aka ‘Cardinal of Munich’
Albert Bourla aka ‘CEO of Pfizer Pharmaceutical
The late Jeffrey Edward Epstein
The late Franz Hengsbach and Lorenz Jaeger aka ‘Roman Catholic Cardinals’
Officials of the Knights of Columbus, Opus Dei, Deutsche Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, and the Belgian, Dutch, and British ‘royal families’, all of whom will be summoned to the Court alongside Robert Prevost.
This Interim Report summarizes some of the salient evidence uncovered by the Prosecution over the past sixty days. The Report’s findings are based on the sworn affidavits and testimonies of ten eyewitnesses, including five survivors of the Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia, a Vatican employee, an informant in the Italian government, an INTERPOL investigator, a research scientist with Pfizer Pharmaceutical, and a former member of the support network enabling the Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia.
The Report’s findings are also derived from Vatican documents, including an archived log chronicling the dates, locations, and participants of Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia ceremonies held since December 1869; from previously concealed records of INTERPOL and European courts; from research data of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals; and from video and photographic evidence provided by participants of Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia ceremonies. The release of this information at this time is necessary to provide security for witnesses and sources, and encourage other informants to come forward.
A Synopsis of the Relevant Evidence acquired to date
·1. While still a novice in the Augustinian Order, Robert PREVOST, aka ‘Pope Leo XIV’, was observed by Witness A participating in an induction ceremony of the Ninth Circle/Nonus Perfidia (hereafter referred to as The Cult) on October 17, 1978 in a grotto chamber beneath the Vatican. The ceremony was presided over by Karol WOJTYLA (‘Pope Paul II’), the newly elected Bishop of Rome. Witness A states that she saw WOJTYLA kill a pregnant teenaged girl at the ceremony and cut open her womb to remove the baby, which was eaten by The Cult participants, including PREVOST. The latter then spread the baby’s blood on Witness A and beat and raped her. She positively identified PREVOST from a photo of him during that same period. (below)

“I know this guy, I have seen him (PREVOST) at other times, but first it was in 1978 with the second Pope John Paul when the girl was killed. He (PREVOST) took part in raping me and forcing the baby’s blood and bits of its body into my mouth and vagina. When he was doing that Karol WOJTYLA was saying like a chant, ‘From bottom to top, be it interwoven, then it is accomplished. The marriage is ready.” (Witness A Recording, 9 June 2025)
Witness A observed PREVOST at a second ritual killing and cannibalizing by The Cult on June 22, 1983 in the same grotto chamber, when “A” was nineteen years old.
A young girl who had disappeared in Rome the same day, Emanuela Orlandi, was brought into the ceremony. Both Emanuela and Witness A were forced to watch as a naked Italian man was cut to pieces in front of them, losing his fingers, ears, nose, tongue, and penis. By then an ordained priest, PREVOST participated in the torture and cutting up of the man and told Emanuela and Witness A “This will happen to you if you don’t obey”.
PREVOST then forced the dead man’s body parts into their mouths “in the same way as during Holy Communion”, according to Witness A. She states that she and Emanuela Orlandi were then tortured with electric shocks, and anally raped by PREVOST and others. Emanuela was told by PREVOST ‘You are now Martina’ and that she was to be sent to Austria and Switzerland. (Witness A Recording, 11 June 2025; additional testimony held in Docket File)

“Disappeared”
2. In 1989, Witness B was taken at age seven to The Cult’s ceremonies in Essen Germany and Brussels, Belgium by Opus Dei priest Br. Lohaus. She was tortured, raped, and conditioned to participate in the sacrificial killing and cannibalizing of newborns. From there Witness B was routinely trafficked to England including to a militarized basement compound beneath Buckingham Palace. There she observed rows of children in cages, including those with wires protruding from their shaved heads being monitored by men in white.
“I was taken to a castle in the mountains, I think it was in Scotland. I was taken to a hall and my arms and legs were spread out on a table by two men in black. One of them said ‘You’re a butterfly now, you’re going to be changed.’ Then Queen Elizabeth came into the room with her sons Charles and Andrew, and she said, ‘You’re a butterfly now’ and they started to give me electric shocks, over and over. (See Footnote One) Her eyes were so cruel. I think it was then that Charles and Andrew raped me, over and over. Later when they had me in the cage I saw Andrew drag a young girl out and stab her to death with a long knife.” (Witness B Recording, 24 June, 2025)
Witness B spent ten years after that (1990-2001) in Belgium where she was used by The Cult to sexually blackmail politicians. Her Cult handler included convicted child trafficker Michel Nihoul, an accomplice of child serial killer Marc Dutroux and Cult member Catholic Archbishop Reinhard Marx of Munich.
Witness B states that during that period in the spring of 1999, she was flown to New York City and used in a sadomasochistic sex orgy involving children at the high rise apartment residence of Jeffrey EPSTEIN. Witness B states that among the participants in the orgy was Donald TRUMP. She states that in one of the rooms which “looked like a studio”, a snuff film was made in which an Asian girl about five years old was raped and tortured to death.
Witness B was forced to watch the killing by one of the men who had accompanied TRUMP to the orgy: “He seemed to be like a bodyguard. He was a very evil looking man who was armed. TRUMP called him Keith.” (See Footnote Two)

Supplemental Note on additional culpability of Donald TRUMP:
TRUMP’s association with the convicted child rapist and trafficker Jeffrey EPSTEIN has spanned decades. Since the 1980’s, Trump regularly socialized with Epstein, who described his “long standing and deep relationship” with Trump. Epstein raped and trafficked Virginia Giuffre at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence where she worked as a spa attendant, according to Second Circuit Court of Appeals documents filed in 2008. Before her sudden death on April 24, 2025, Giuffre implied that Donald Trump knew of and participated in Epstein’s raping and trafficking of minors, and claimed her statements to that effect were stricken from court records. Trump’s recent refusal to open the closed Epstein files is more evidence of this collusion.
“Prince” Andrew Windsor, a documented participant in the Cult’s child killings at Carnarvon Castle in Wales along with his brother Charles and father Philip Mountbatten, was Epstein’s close friend and co-conspirator. Andrew met Donald Trump at many such encounters, according to sources. Trump contradicted himself when asked by reporters about his relationship with Andrew, saying at first he had never met the prince and then stating, “He’s a fun guy to be with”.
Additional evidence of this triangle of criminal activity between EPSTEIN, TRUMP, and ANDREW WINDSOR will be elaborated by the Prosecution.
3. Witness C was present as a participant in the June 22, 1983 ceremony of the Cult in Rome described in Point 1. He confirms Witness A’s account of the prolonged torturing and murder of the Italian man by PREVOST and the presence at this ritual of Witness A and Emanuela Orlandi. Witness C claims the sacrificial victim was a homeless man delivered to the Cult by the Italian Carabinieri police. Witness C, a Cult administrator, adds the following:
a) Like all Cult ceremonies in Rome after October 1962, the June 1983 event occurred in the “Vatican Necropolis” directly beneath the obelisk in St. Peter’s Square, in the so-called “Tomb of Lucifer” (designated as “U” in the schematic map on page 8, following). Like all such rituals, the entire event was filmed and stored in the Cult’s secret archives within the sub-basement storage vaults of the Vatican library.
Witness C states that these filmed scenes of ritual torture and killing are routinely duplicated and sold as ‘snuff films’ within Catholic Church circles. The recordings are also used to blackmail the participants if they try exposing the Cult, and are thereby a means to secure the loyalty of the ritual’s participants. Participants like PREVOST who prove their loyalty to the CULT at a young age are placed on a “red list” of acceptable future candidates for ‘pope’ and senior cardinal.
Witness C also states that after the June 22, 1983 ceremony, Emanuela Orlandi was subsequently trafficked to the Cult’s Swiss, German, and Belgian networks, where she was conditioned to sexually entrap or murder opponents of the Cult, including politicians, journalists, lawyers, and magistrates, and to lure children and their parents into the Cult.

b) Witness C states that two future Vatican prelates were also present at and participated in the June 22, 1983 killing ritual of the Cult “and at many other times”: future Cardinal and Vatican Secretary of State Pietro PAROLIN, then a law student at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy; and future Archbishop and associate of Donald TRUMP, Timothy DOLAN, then a priest and secretary at the Vatican’s ‘Apostolic Nunciature’ in Washington DC. Witness C states that the Cult’s ceremonies have included senior military, corporate, and government officials and are closely connected to experimental programs in pharmacological and electronic bio-weaponry. 4. Witness D, a police source, states that INTERPOL and the Belgian and Italian governments contain closed files brimming with evidence about the activities of the Cult and a list of those imprisoned, tortured, and murdered by it since the 1930’s. Italian governments and courts routinely protect the Church of Rome from criminal investigations and prohibit police from entering the Vatican. Belgian police attempted to arrest Cult participants on four different occasions between 1998 and 2017 but were stopped by the Belgian ‘royal family’ and military as well as the Vatican Curia. 5. Witness E, a source in the Italian government and European Union, states that secret diplomatic and financial agreements between the Vatican and the world’s major powers prevent governments or their courts from investigating or prosecuting either the Cult or its adjoining child trafficking networks throughout the Church of Rome. This has been demonstrated in Europe and America by government actions that prohibit lawsuits and block legislation brought against the Church, like the Trump administration’s recent impeding of a Washington state law requiring that the Church of Rome punish child rapists and traffickers operating in their ranks. Trump’s Attorney-General Pam Bondi personally intervened in the Washington lawsuit after consulting the Vatican’s papal nuncio in America, Cardinal Christophe Pierre of Haiti, a close associate of PREVOST. 6. Witness F is a research scientist with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and advisor to the Vatican Bank (IOR) and the Pontifical Academy of Sciences. According to Witness F, the IOR, besides being a heavy investor in pharma corporations like Novartis, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and GlaxoSmithKline, has funded the development of drug based bio-weaponry and nanoparticle implants within the so-called COVID serum. The latter was created by Vatican-funded researchers in league with the Chinese military and its Wuhan facilities.
Witness F states that the Church of Rome routinely provides children to these pharma corporations and their research laboratories for involuntary drug testing and other experiments. Some of these human guinea pigs are obtained through the Cult and its extensive child trafficking networks, including in league with the European criminal agency known as Ndrangheta. According to Witness F, none of the children used in these experiments are allowed to survive. He states that the top executives of companies like Pfizer are aware of these criminal actions and deliberately enable them.
“During 2020 and 2021, I personally briefed Albert Bourla (CEO of Pfizer) about our methods of perfecting the COVID serum variants, including the use of children in drug testing. Bourla approved of it, as he did the use of political detainees in Chinese prisons for our drug tests, even when most of them died as a result. ‘Whatever is most efficacious,’ he told me.
As part of the close link between the Vatican, Big Pharma and organized crime, the Church is integrally connected to the illegal drug trade and profits from it immensely. According to Witness F, clergy at every level routinely traffic meth, cocaine, and heroin through the Church’s Mexican, Colombian, and Asian drug cartel associates and their direct ties to the present ‘pope’, Robert PREVOST, and his predecessor, Jorge Bergoglio.
Witness F described a meeting he attended in Rome on March 8, 2024 called by Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State, acting on behalf of former ‘Pope Francis’, Jorge Bergoglio. The purpose of the meeting was to expand the Vatican Bank’s drug investments in the western hemisphere under the camouflage of dummy offshore corporations, including those run by Latin American drug cartels with financing through Deutsche Bank and HSBC.
“This was not unusual,” states Witness F. “I’ve attended many such meetings, although usually with less senior prelates. The point is that the Church is one of the main actors in the world drug trade and its affiliates, the arms trade and the human slave trade. It’s too lucrative for the Church not to be.”
Witness F describes the close association of the present ‘Pope Leo’, Robert PREVOST, with his predecessor’s long history of concealing child rape and trafficking (See Footnote Four), and with his corresponding close ties to the Latin American drug trade and cartels.
“He (PREVOST) is often referred to as ‘the second Latin American pope’ and for good reason. He’s been connected to Peruvian and Colombian drug lords for many years and he was a regular guest of Pablo Escobar at his parties. Like Bergoglio, he (PREVOST) became the Prior General of his Augustinian Order because of his ties with military and criminal leaders, and also because he greased China’s entry into South America through the ports in his diocese of Chiclayo in northern Peru and in neighbouring Lima. Witness F has provided to the Prosecution voluminous archival evidence that validates his claims, including years of correspondence, meeting minutes, research data, and protocol agreements between the Vatican, China, the United States, and their corporate partners in Big Pharma.

7. Witness G is an employee of the Vatican Bank (IOR) who was a liaison officer with the Deutsche Bank, one of the IOR’s chief partners. “G” has personal knowledge of the murder of two Deutsche Bank officers, Thomas Bowers and Valentin Broeksmit, by the Vatican’s covert agency Santa Alleanza during the tenure of ‘Pope Francis’, Jorge Bergoglio. Both Bowers and Broeksmit were tied to controversial loans to Donald TRUMP from Deustche Bank and its secret Russian and Vatican investors.
One of the bankers, Valentin Broeksmit, had provided FBI investigators with hundreds of documents about those connections just before he was found dead in April 2022. The other man, Thomas Bowers, was a close friend of TRUMP and Jeffrey EPSTEIN who was found dead in Malibu on November 19, 2019, just a few days before the story of Bower’s relationship with TRUMP and the Vatican-connected bank loans went public. According to Witness G,
“Deutsche Bank has heavily underwritten the criminal operations of the Church for many years. It’s laundered billions of dollars for the Vatican and its Mob associates, and for Trump International and its Mexican drug cartel partners. Bowers was about to start talking to the feds about what he knew.
“Subsequently I learned that both Bowers and Broeksmit had been killed by Santa Alleanza assassins as ordered by their Director Domenico Giani, a man who was personally answerable to Pope Francis and remains the sworn agent of Pope Leo.” (Witness G Recordings, 17 July, 2025)

8. Witnesses H, I, and J are all survivors of the Cult who have independently identified ‘popes’ John Paul II, Benedict, Francis, and Leo (Karol Wojtyla, Joseph Ratzinger, Jorge Bergoglio, and Robert Prevost) as participants in Cult rituals where H, I, and J were raped, tortured, and made to kill other children.
Witness H, who is from Germany, was enslaved by the Cult at age five and imprisoned at the Boeselager family estate near Paderborn. The Cult at this estate operated under the protection of Cardinals Franz Hengsbach and Lorenz Jaeger, former members of the Nazi SS ‘Knights of Darkness’ sacrificial cult alongside future ‘Pope Benedict’, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger.
Hengsbach, Jaeger and Ratzinger took turns raping and torturing Witness H on several occasions and forced her to cut the throats of other children and newborn babies. Witness H states that in the spring of 1969, Ratzinger burned to death with kerosene a seven year old Jewish girl named Eloise Schwimmer as part of the Cult ceremony. He was assisted by Baron Philip Boeselager, (below) a former Nazi officer who owned the property and was a member of the Cult since his youth.

Witness I, who is from Italy, was raised in the Cult but not at first as a victim. Her twin sister was sacrificed in front of her as part of her induction. She too was raped and tortured by Robert PREVOST at a Cult ceremony when he was a young priest, sometime in the early 1980’s in Rome. Witness I states she witnessed PREVOST eviscerate a still living newborn baby and consume its flesh amidst Latin chanting during the same Cult ceremony.
Witness J, originally from Belgium but moved to Munich, Germany by her Cult parents when she was five, was put to work in an experimental center run by the Cult outside Munich. It operated under the authority of then Bishop and now Cardinal Reinhard Marx, who was present at Cult rituals.
Located behind a false wall in the home of a Dr. Weber, the center was filled with dozens of children who were drugged and held in cages. Witness J and two catholic nurses regularly withdrew blood from these children and stored it in refrigerators. When the children were bled enough they died or were killed in Cult ceremonies. According to “J”,
“I did everything I was told so they told me things. They said the blood was for the military and some drug companies and their experiments. I was told the children were brought from local catholic orphanages and some from immigration centers. None of the children lasted too long, there was always new kids arriving to replace the dead ones. The Bishop (Marx) came by whenever there was a ceremony, he supervised the whole thing and I was made to watch. Ratzinger was there once, I’ll never forget his evil look. I saw him strangle to death a little Jewish boy once, his name was Lucien, he was only four or five. Ratzinger raped him and then strangled him with a rope. I wasn’t allowed to look away then, or when they were killing the newborns. If anyone did or got upset they’d get their throats cut right away.” (Witness H, I and J recordings were made separately during the period 18-23 July, 2025.)
Note from the Special Prosecutor’s Office
This Interim Report concerning evidence acquired by our office since June 2, 2025 is neither exhaustive nor inclusive of the witnesses and evidence gathered by our ongoing investigation. The complete dossier of evidence will be presented to the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) when it convenes on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 10:00 am GMT.
Our operatives and sources within INTERPOL have learned that the Vatican’s covert operations arm, the Santa Alleanza, is closely monitoring our work and may try sabotaging it, as it attempted against the first litigation brought by the ICLCJ against the Vatican and British Crown between July 2012 and February 2013. Accordingly, we have shared our evidence with various governments and enlisted their police and military to act as special sheriffs of the Court. These forces will take action against Santa Alleanza and those who direct it if their agents try to prevent the ICLCJ from proceeding with this case.
Let the guilty and their accomplices be warned not to interfere with the work of the Court, lest they be arrested and charged with obstructing justice and aiding and abetting criminals and Crimes against Humanity.

Footnote One
This reference to “Now you are a butterfly” is a method of neuro-linguistic conditioning used in the infamous MKULTRA mind control programs, which in its early phase was code named “The Monarch Butterfly Project”. The conditioning convinces the subject that he or she has been erased and transformed into a new creature, as when a caterpillar becomes a pupa and then a butterfly, “from a worm to a lovely, flying creature”. (Ref: Kathy O’Brien, Trance Formation of America, 1995) The use of this language during the Cult’s rituals is another indication of its ties to the mind reconstruction agenda of MKULTRA and its military, corporate, and political controllers.
Foonote Two
The “Keith” who accompanied Donald TRUMP to this child sex orgy and who was addressed as such by TRUMP is in all probability this man (below), Keith Schiller, chief security advisor and bodyguard to TRUMP and former Director of Oval Office Operations. At the time of the incident described by Witness B, Schiller had just been hired by TRUMP as his chief bodyguard after Schiller had worked as a Manhattan policeman and detective. Schiller was named by Stormy Daniels as a “disgusting pimp for Donald” during the lawsuit brought against TRUMP by Daniels.

A glaring example of this bond of loyalty at the top level of Church and State is illustrated by the recent intervention of the Trump regime to legally assist the Church of Rome in its criminal enterprises against children. It is also an example of the close association of Donald Trump, the Vatican Bank and Deutsche Bank, and organized crime. This connection is described in Point 7 of our Report in reference to Trump’s apparent complicity in the murder of Deutsche Bank officials Valentin Broeksmit and Thomas Bowers.
Footnote Four
As head of the Augustinian Order, PREVOST routinely concealed child rape and trafficking for many years within his Diocese of Chiclayo in Peru. In 2022, the former child victims of rape and torture by priests Ricardo Yesquén Paiva and Eleuterio Vásquez Gonzáles were silenced by PREVOST, who stopped a police investigation into the matter. According to a former Diocesan employee,
“He (PREVOST) himself was a participant in those sick rituals up there in the mountains, where all those Indian children were butchered. Why would be investigate himself?”
